This production line is to get the products without flying dust by continuously entering the wet raw materials into the fluidized bed (such as endothermic fluidized bed) for drying and cooling work. Adopting an energy-saving fluidized bed system technology, compared with the ordinary continuous fluidized bed, it can reduce the amount of exhaust air from the fluidized bed, try to make use of the exhaust heat from the exhaust air of the fluidized bed, and the exported materials are free from flying dust, so as to achieve the effect of improved environmental protection of the exhaust air, reduced energy consumption of the production line, no powder in the exported materials, improved material yield, stable and safe operation, high cost-effective investment, and low maintenance and operation costs.

There are vibration type fluidized bed, horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed, internal heat exchange type fluidized bed, high temperature type fluidized bed, spraying type fluidized bed and so on.

The following processes can be realized: the process of continuous drying and cooling of solid materials and moisture-absorbent large materials, the process of continuous granularity and drying of powdered raw materials, the process of continuous drying, calcining and cooling of crystalline wet materials, and the process of continuous snowflake to solid granularity of liquid raw materials.

Wet materials in the hot air drying process, there are mainly constant speed drying stage and speed reduction drying stage, the traditional fluidized bed constant speed section and speed reduction section of the front section of the high humidity exhaust and speed reduction section of the rear section of the low humidity exhaust, usually mixed together, resulting in the exhaust contained in the heat is difficult to use.

1. an energy-saving fluidized bed system, including a fluidized bed main body, a constant-speed section drying area and a reduced-speed section drying area are set up in the fluidized bed main body, an air inlet, a high humidity exhaust port and a low humidity exhaust port are set up on the fluidized bed main body, characterized in that: the air inlet corresponding to the constant-speed section drying area is connected to a constant-speed section air inlet system, and the air inlet corresponding to the reduced-speed section drying area is connected to a reduced-speed section air inlet system, and the high humidity exhaust port is connected to a high humidity exhaust port with a new air heat exchanger. The outlet of the fresh air exchanged by the heat exchanger system is connected with the constant speed section air inlet system or/and the reduced speed section air inlet system, and the outlet of the low humidity air exhaust port is connected with the constant speed section air inlet system or/and the reduced speed section air inlet system.

2. The fluidized bed body is also provided with a cooling section fluidized area near the discharge port, and the corresponding air inlet of the cooling section fluidized area is connected with the cooling section air inlet system.
