Working Principle:

• Material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidized bed) in the boiling fluidized state,
  subjected to purified heated air preheating and mixing, will be sprayed into the atomization of the
  binder solution, so that a number of particles aggregated into the agglomerate containing binder,
  due to the continuous drying of hot air on the material, so that the agglomerate in the evaporation
  of water, the binder coagulation, the process repeats itself, the formation of an ideal, uniform, porous spherical particles

• Improve its flowability through powder granulation and reduce dust flying;

Applicable material:

• Chemical industry: Sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediates, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid agent, amino acid, silica, etc.
• Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin, mastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and so on.
• Food industry: enriched milk powder, tickle prion, cocoa milk powder, milk replacer powder, hunting
  blood powder, egg white (yolk) and so on.
• Food and plant: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, flavored spices meat, protein, soybean,
  peanut protein, hydrolysis, etc.
• Sugar: corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
• Ceramics: aluminum oxide, tile materials, magnesium oxide, talcum powder, etc.
