II, Proposal Confirmation Phase
Q. How do we confirm the technical proposal for the equipment?
We will provide a detailed technical proposal including equipment configuration, operational parameters, and flow diagrams based on your requirements. Once you confirm the proposal, we will sign a technical agreement to ensure mutual benefits.
Q. Can your company provide customized equipment if needed?
Absolutely. We have a professional design and R&D team that can design customized drying equipment based on your specific requirements.
III, Contract Drafting Phase
Q. What documents are required to sign the contract?
Typically, the documents include the business contract, technical agreement, and equipment list. If necessary, we can also provide product certifications and export-related documents.
Q. Can the equipment specifications be changed after the contract is signed?
After the contract is signed, we will evaluate the feasibility of specification changes based on the production progress. However, this may involve additional costs and adjustments to the delivery time.
Q. What payment methods do you support?
We accept a variety of international payment methods, including but not limited to wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), etc.
IV, Production Arrangement Phase
Q. What Materials Are Used In LHC-RIFA’s Fluid Bed Dryers?
Our fluid bed dryer equipment are constructed using high-grade stainless steel, including SS316 for contact parts and SS304 for non-contact parts. This ensures durability, prevents contamination, and maintains the integrity of your products.
Q. What is the typical production lead time?
The production lead time for standard equipment is usually 4-8 weeks. For customized equipment, the lead time depends on the complexity of the order. The specific time frame will be specified in the contract.

V, Shipping Inspection Phase
Q. Can we perform an inspection before shipment?

We will resolve any issues quickly based on the inspection agreement to ensure the equipment meets your requirements before shipment.
VI, Sea Freight Export Phase
Q. Does your company handle the shipping arrangements?
Yes, we can arrange sea freight export based on your requirements, including booking, customs clearance, and insurance. If you have your own freight forwarder, we can assist with the handover.
Q. How is the equipment packaging and transportation ensured to be safe?
We use professional protective measures, including anti-rust treatment, moisture-proof packaging, and reinforced crating, to ensure that the equipment arrives in perfect condition.
VII, After-Sales Service
Q. Do you provide installation guidance after the equipment arrives?
Yes, we offer on-site installation and commissioning services or can provide online technical support to ensure the equipment runs smoothly.
Q. How long is the equipment warranty? How do you handle quality issues?
The equipment warranty is 12 months. During the warranty period, if any non-human damage occurs, we will provide free repair or replacement services.
Q. Do You Provide Spare Parts For Your Fluid Bed Dryers?
Yes, we supply original equipment manufacturer (OEM) spare parts to ensure compatibility and maintain the efficiency of your equipment. In case of any breakdowns, our spare parts are readily available to keep your operations running smoothly.
