LLL large-scale flexible fluidized bed granulation production line

The production line realizes direct granulation for different purposes, and importantly, it realizes the flexible fluidized bed granulation process with “adjustable” pile density for various particle forms from loose to solid, in order to achieve the optimal physical and chemical properties of the finished product in terms of the demand for the pile density, and realizes the first of its kind in this technology, which is equipped with the following functions:

1. Fluidized bed drying.
2. Realization of the function of the one-step granulator for which Engineer Chulin is the masterpiece.
3. The function with the same effect as the bottom spray coating column established by Dr. Wurster was realized.
4. The function with the same effect as the vortex-driven fluidization developed by the German HUTTLIN company at the end of the last century is realized.
