    LHC-RIFA established a pilot plant for the application of new technologies and special production lines, improved the anti-sticking spray-drying small granule preparation production line, improved the continuous spray fluidized bed production line for punch granules, and improved and perfected the continuous top spraying and internal heating granulation process.

  • In 2013

    Developed large-scale fluidized bed production line for coating granules, and contracted 10,000-ton continuous pelletizing and coating production line for over rumen feed and 10,000-ton continuous pelletizing and coating production line for mixed protein feed.

     

    Developed a continuous GMP type spray fluidized bed pelletizing device, and the 1,000-ton project was successfully put into production in the same year.

  • In 2012

    Developed continuous production anti-sticking wall spray drying technology (for strong moisture absorption, electrostatic sticking wall, hot sticky materials).

  • In 2011

    LHC-RIFA has perfected the fourth generation of continuous fluidized bed pelletizing, granulating and coating process-continuous top spraying and internal heating granulation process, including liquid raw materials with granulation, pelletizing and spraying fluidized bed process, and has been successfully applied to all kinds of fermentation whole liquid, protein liquid, mixed liquid, mother liquor, waste liquid in the fermentation industry, and has been appraised by the state-level institutions as the international leading (name of the complete set of large-scale continuous energy-saving fluidized bed flexible pelletizing and coating and drying technology).

  • In 2010

    Established an engineering technology research center (approved at the national level) focusing on continuous spray fluidized bed pill making, granulation and coating process.

     

    Developed a large-scale flexible fluidized bed granulation production process with “adjustable” pile density in a variety of forms from loose to solid.

  • In 2009

    Successfully manufactured continuous fluidized bed granulating and coating machine and perfected multifunctional test unit.

  • In 2008

    Birth of multifunctional continuous spray fluidized bed research and development equipment and creation of LHC-RIFA.

  • In 2007

    Developed the third generation of continuous fluidized bed granulation and coating process.
